Return the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice. You need to fill the ‘Contact us’ form and mention “Return the product” in the subject line, or you can directly email us at info@kavin.shop
- A customer can only return within 7 days, start from the day of purchase printed invoice
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags
- Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- Return will be applicable only on products which are damaged during shipping.
- This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 7 days.
- All returns are evaluated before being processed. Please note that it usually takes 7-14 working days to receive the package you return. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return & reverse your payment.
